1. Giới thiệu
Chào mừng bạn đến với An Tâm - Âm Dương & Phong Thuỷ (sau đây gọi là "Ứng dụng"). Ứng dụng được phát triển và vận hành bởi Công Cụ Huyền Học (sau đây gọi là "Chúng tôi").

Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân mà bạn cung cấp. Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, chia sẻ và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn khi sử dụng Ứng dụng.
2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
2.1. Thông tin bạn cung cấp trực tiếp
- Thông tin tài khoản: Họ tên, số điện thoại, ngày sinh, giới tính khi bạn đăng ký tài khoản
- Ảnh đại diện: Nếu bạn chọn tải lên ảnh đại diện
- Nội dung người dùng: Bài văn khấn yêu thích, ngày sinh người thân (để xem phong thủy), ghi chú cá nhân
2.2. Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Thông tin thiết bị: Loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, mã định danh thiết bị (push token)
- FCM Token / APNs Token: Để gửi thông báo đẩy về ngày tốt, lễ hội (sử dụng dịch vụ của Google Firebase và Apple Push Notification)
- Vị trí khái quát (Coarse Location): Khi bạn cấp phép, Ứng dụng truy cập vị trí khái quát của bạn (cấp tỉnh/thành phố) duy nhất để hiển thị thời tiết và giờ hoàng đạo theo địa phương. Dữ liệu vị trí không được lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi và không liên kết với tài khoản — chỉ gửi đến dịch vụ thời tiết bên thứ ba (WeatherAPI) để truy vấn thời tiết.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng: Các tính năng bạn sử dụng, thời gian sử dụng ứng dụng
2.3. Thông tin về giao dịch In-App Purchase
Khi bạn mua gói VIP (Auto-Renewable Subscription), việc thanh toán được xử lý bởi Apple (trên iOS) hoặc Google Play Billing (trên Android) hoặc cổng chuyển khoản (ngân hàng Việt Nam). Chúng tôi nhận được:
- ID giao dịch (Transaction ID)
- Mã sản phẩm (Product ID) — ví dụ
com.vsim.antamapp.vip_6m, com.vsim.antamapp.vip_1nam - Thời điểm bắt đầu/kết thúc gói VIP
Chúng tôi KHÔNG nhận, lưu trữ hoặc xử lý thông tin thẻ tín dụng, số thẻ ngân hàng hoặc dữ liệu thanh toán nhạy cảm. Việc thanh toán hoàn toàn do Apple/Google/ngân hàng xử lý theo chính sách của họ.
2.4. Thông tin chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập
- Vị trí GPS chính xác (chỉ vị trí khái quát mức tỉnh/thành như đã nêu ở mục 2.2)
- Danh bạ điện thoại
- Tin nhắn SMS
- Lịch sử cuộc gọi
- Số thẻ tín dụng/ngân hàng (do Apple/Google/ngân hàng xử lý)
- Dữ liệu sức khỏe, sinh trắc học
3. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin
Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin thu thập được để:
- Cung cấp và duy trì dịch vụ ứng dụng
- Cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm người dùng (hiển thị thông tin phong thủy theo tuổi)
- Gửi thông báo về ngày tốt, giờ hoàng đạo, lễ Tết, Rằm
- Xác thực giao dịch và kích hoạt/duy trì gói VIP
- Cải thiện và phát triển tính năng mới
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng và xử lý khiếu nại
- Phân tích và thống kê sử dụng ứng dụng
4. Chia sẻ thông tin và dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán, cho thuê hoặc trao đổi thông tin cá nhân của bạn với bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại. Chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin với các bên sau theo phạm vi giới hạn:
- Apple Inc. — Xử lý thanh toán In-App Purchase trên iOS và gửi thông báo qua Apple Push Notification Service. Áp dụng Chính sách bảo mật của Apple.
- Google LLC (Firebase) — Gửi thông báo đẩy qua Firebase Cloud Messaging và xử lý thanh toán In-App trên Android. Áp dụng Chính sách bảo mật của Google.
- WeatherAPI.com — Truy vấn thời tiết theo vị trí khái quát (không gửi định danh người dùng).
- Cơ quan pháp luật: Khi được yêu cầu bởi cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo pháp luật Việt Nam.
- Bảo vệ quyền lợi: Để bảo vệ quyền lợi, tài sản hoặc an toàn của chúng tôi và người dùng.
5. Đăng ký dịch vụ và Tự động gia hạn (Auto-Renewable Subscription)
Ứng dụng cung cấp các gói VIP:
- VIP 6 Tháng — 99.000đ/6 tháng (≈16.500đ/tháng)
- VIP 1 Năm — 179.000đ/năm (≈14.917đ/tháng)
Đăng ký sẽ tự động gia hạn cùng gói và cùng mức giá cho đến khi bạn hủy ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc. Phí gia hạn sẽ được tính vào Apple ID/Google account của bạn.
Bạn có thể quản lý và hủy đăng ký bất cứ lúc nào tại:
- iOS: Cài đặt → Apple ID → Đăng ký → An Tâm
- Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
Việc hoàn tiền (refund) tuân theo chính sách của Apple/Google. Vui lòng liên hệ Apple Support / Google Play Support cho các yêu cầu hoàn tiền.

6. Bảo mật dữ liệu
Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật để bảo vệ thông tin của bạn:
- Mã hóa dữ liệu khi truyền tải (SSL/TLS)
- Lưu trữ mật khẩu được mã hóa (hashed bằng bcrypt/argon2)
- Giới hạn quyền truy cập dữ liệu cho nhân viên
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra và cập nhật hệ thống bảo mật
- Token xác thực (JWT) có thời hạn để bảo vệ phiên đăng nhập
7. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền:
- Truy cập: Xem thông tin cá nhân chúng tôi lưu trữ về bạn
- Chỉnh sửa: Cập nhật hoặc sửa đổi thông tin cá nhân trong app (Cá Nhân → Chỉnh sửa thông tin)
- Xóa tài khoản: Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân (Cá Nhân → Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản, hoặc liên hệ email)
- Từ chối thông báo: Tắt thông báo đẩy trong cài đặt ứng dụng hoặc cài đặt hệ thống
- Hủy đăng ký VIP: Quản lý qua Apple ID/Google Play (xem mục 5)
8. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ tại Việt Nam
- Chúng tôi lưu trữ dữ liệu trong thời gian bạn sử dụng ứng dụng
- Sau khi xóa tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ được xóa trong vòng 30 ngày
- Bản ghi giao dịch (cho mục đích kế toán, pháp lý) có thể được lưu lâu hơn theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam
9. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn phát hiện con em mình đã cung cấp thông tin cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa thông tin đó.
10. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo qua ứng dụng hoặc email. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng sau khi thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận chính sách mới.

Welcome to An Tâm - Âm Dương & Phong Thuỷ (the "Application"). The Application is developed and operated by Công Cụ Huyền Học ("we", "us").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Application.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Full name, phone number, date of birth, gender when you register
- Profile Picture: If you choose to upload an avatar
- User Content: Bookmarked prayer templates (Văn Khấn), family members' birth dates (for feng shui readings), personal notes
2.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, device identifier (push token)
- FCM / APNs Token: For sending push notifications about auspicious days and festivals (using Google Firebase and Apple Push Notification Service)
- Coarse Location: With your permission, the Application accesses your approximate location (city/province level) solely to display local weather and sunrise/sunset times for the lunar calendar. Location data is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your account — it is sent only to a third-party weather service (WeatherAPI) to retrieve weather data.
- Usage Data: Features used, time spent in the application
2.3. In-App Purchase Information
When you purchase a VIP subscription (Auto-Renewable Subscription), payment is processed by Apple (on iOS), Google Play Billing (on Android), or Vietnamese bank transfer gateways. We receive:
- Transaction ID
- Product ID — e.g.,
com.vsim.antamapp.vip_6m, com.vsim.antamapp.vip_1nam - Subscription start/end dates
We DO NOT receive, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive payment data. All payment processing is performed by Apple/Google/banks under their respective policies.
2.4. Information We DO NOT Collect
- Precise GPS location (only coarse city-level location as described in 2.2)
- Phone contacts
- SMS messages
- Call history
- Credit card or banking account numbers (processed by Apple/Google/banks)
- Health or biometric data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Application services
- Personalize user experience (display feng shui information based on age)
- Send notifications about auspicious days, hours, and Vietnamese festivals (Tết, Rằm)
- Verify transactions and activate/maintain VIP subscriptions
- Improve and develop new features
- Provide customer support and handle complaints
- Analyze and compile usage statistics
4. Information Sharing and Third Parties
We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We share information only with the following parties within limited scope:
- Apple Inc. — Processes In-App Purchases on iOS and delivers notifications via Apple Push Notification Service. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC (Firebase) — Delivers push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging and processes In-App Purchases on Android. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- WeatherAPI.com — Provides weather data based on coarse location (no user identifier transmitted).
- Law enforcement: When required by competent authorities under Vietnamese law.
- Protecting rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our users.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The Application offers VIP subscription plans:
- VIP 6 Months — 99,000 VND / 6 months (≈16,500 VND/month)
- VIP 1 Year — 179,000 VND / year (≈14,917 VND/month)
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same plan and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal fees will be charged to your Apple ID / Google account.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → An Tâm
- Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
Refunds follow Apple/Google policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.

6. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your information:
- Data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Hashed password storage (bcrypt/argon2)
- Limited data access for employees
- Regular security audits and updates
- Time-limited authentication tokens (JWT) to protect login sessions
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View personal information we store about you
- Rectification: Update or modify your personal information in-app (Profile → Edit Info)
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all personal data (Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or contact us by email)
- Opt-out of notifications: Disable push notifications in application or system settings
- Cancel VIP subscription: Manage via Apple ID / Google Play (see Section 5)
8. Data Retention
- Data is stored on servers in Vietnam
- We retain data while you use the application
- After account deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days
- Transaction records (for accounting and legal compliance) may be retained longer as required by Vietnamese law
9. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you discover that your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be notified through the application or email. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
